Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Any product ordered can be cancelled anytime before the order is shipped.
2. Individual items from the orders cannot be cancelled. Incase you want to cancel individual item from your order, please cancel the original order and place a new order.
3. If the order has been cancelled before shipping, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
4. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
